OUR RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
We accept returns only under the following circumstances:
- Items that arrive damaged
- Items with manufacturing defects
- Incorrect items sent in error
This policy applies to:
- Sample orders shipped to you
- Customer orders shipped directly to customers
- Any order fulfilled by our supplier partner
Returns Window
All issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Proof Required
Clear photos or videos showing the issue must be provided for assessment.
Resolution
Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution at our discretion.
CONDITION OF ITEMS
All approved returns must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In original condition
- In original packaging
Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
NON-ELIGIBLE RETURNS
We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:
- Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect size or style selected at checkout
- Item does not meet personal expectations
- General dissatisfaction not related to product quality
- Sample orders that are no longer required

EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges for alternative sizes, styles, or preferences.
Exchanges are only considered if an incorrect or defective item was received.
